Beginning Guitar-ASP
Interested in learning the foundations of playing the guitar: how to tune a guitar, basic chords, strumming patterns, different chord progressions that you will see in songs. Students you will need to have either and acoustic or electric guitar and a tuner.

This club is for any Potter fan who wants to spend more time in JK Rowling's Wizarding World. Enjoy reading the books, comparing them to the movies, playing games (including Quidditch, and House Cup games), and making your own house souvenirs and art.

Do you like to be around and work with animals? Visit the local SPCA and work with Dogs and Cats. The time you spend with these animals will socialize them and help them find a good home. This is a good opportunity to do some community service.

Math Club
The NEMS Math Club will meet weekly to work on cool math projects, plan math –related events for our school, and participate in at least one math competition. If you like math or want to like math MORE, join the NEMS Math Club.

National History Day is a competition based club in which students create projects and compete at the local, state, and national level. Students conduct research and complete their projects over the course of the year. Because this club requires a lot of effort, students are required to maintain an A/B average in all classes to participate.
