Join us in our New Years Resolution and Pledge
Our resolution is this…. as a school community we want to read with our students for 20 minutes per night. Please read the brochure that came home with your child as it explains what reading is, and how to raise a successful and happy reading student. The absolute greatest academic gift you can give to your child is to read with them from the time they are babies. We know as educators what a difference is seen when a child reads often; these children are better writers, and can move on to more complex thinking quicker, because they have the additional vocabulary and background knowledge that a television or a computer game cannot always offer.
If you are on PowerSchool, there should be no surprises!
