** All 2019 seniors should have received a letter with their appointment time ** Prestige Portraits 615-628-8600 ** Yearbook can only use Prestige Portraits senior pictures ** One formal & one informal shot must be taken ** Formal attire is provided, just bring (guys) a white t-shirt, (gals) spaghetti-strap or tank top for under drape ** Can bring 2-4 outfits for casual photos - dress code applies ** ALL SENIORS MUST HAVE THEIR PHOTOGRAPHS DONE BY OCTOBER 1st. Today testing had to be concluded because of complications with the testing platform. I am happy to report that many students have already completed their tests however, to insure students did get every opportunity to complete their test; we are going to provide addition time tomorrow morning. All 9th, 10th and 11th grade students will report to the same testing locations they were in today. Seniors with 1 period late arrival should report by 9:40am and seniors with 2 period late arrival should report at 10:20am. All other seniors should report to the cafeteria. Please note that in making this change; we will be moving the Geometry test, scheduled for tomorrow, to Monday, April 30th. We will follow the D bell schedule on Monday.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, is now open for current high school seniors to complete. In order to receive financial aid in college for the 2018-19 school year, current seniors must complete the FAFSA. All seniors should complete the FAFSA as soon as possible. Students who complete the application earliest are given first priority when it comes to the awarding of grant and scholarship money by state and federal government. Tennessee Promise students must file the FAFSA by January 16, 2018 to remain eligible for the scholarship. Read this article for tips on filing your FAFSA:

Credit Recovery will begin Mon, Sept 18, for those attending Monday & Wednesday. Saturday sessions will begin Sept 23. Mon & Wed from 2:30-4:30, Sat 8:00-12:00 Transportation will begin Oct 23. No transportation Thanksgiving week (Nov 20th-24th). Transportation for 1st semester ends December 14th & resumes Jan 8th. Transportation ends May 11th or sooner, depending on school needs.

Homework Hotline is open for 2016-17. Homework Hotline provides free tutoring by phone for any Tennessee student. Call us Monday – Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. We have all subjects – all the way to trigonometry, calculus, statistics, AP chemistry, and physics. Need help in Spanish? We’ve got it covered.   Driver Permit Worksheet SF-1010
Before your student goes to the DMV they will NEED an SF-1010 form that can be picked up in the front office. SF-1010 forms are denied if the student has more than 10 consecutive days or 15 total days missed unless excused, if the student is not passing at least 3 classes,or if the student owes the school any debt. The SF-1010 form will take 24 hours from the time the worksheet is turned in till the student can pick it up in the front office. The forms are only good for 30 days from the day the form is filled out. Students are only allowed two forms per semester.
