Rossview High AP Appointed

Rossview High School teacher and Summer School administrator Russell W. Mang, II has been named an assistant principal at Rossview High School beginning in August.  Mr. Mang will hold the part-time position formerly held by Tavis Massey, who has been assigned full-time to Northeast High School.


Mr. Mang has been at Rossview High since 2005, where he has taught U.S. Government and advanced placement classes in the subject. He also has served as assistant football coach. Previously he was a teacher at Kenwood High from 2000 to 2005. Before joining the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, he taught at Beech High School in Hendersonville from 1997 to 2000.  He served in the U.S. Naval Reserves from 1987 to 1995.

Mr. Mang earned his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. He earned his B.A. in U.S. and World History from Trevecca. He also completed the CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy.
