About Us

CMCSS is one of only eight public school districts in the nation that has earned ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management recognized by professional organizations worldwide. The Continuous Improvement office manages the quality management system, which includes stakeholder feedback, recommendations for improvement, continuous improvement teams, document control, and the internal audit program.

Stakeholder Feedback

CMCSS seeks feedback from our stakeholders to maximize efficiency and effectiveness with resources in support of the district’s mission and vision. Feedback can be submitted here. The district conducts parent and employee surveys annually to ensure we are meeting the needs of our students, parents, and employees. Communication groups, to include Parent, Teacher, Classified Staff, and Student Advisory, meet monthly to provide feedback on district improvements.

Document Control

CMCSS is committed to maintaining quality records. District documents are maintained through the Continuous Improvement Office. Documents are issued control numbers and revision history is maintained. District documents (policies, procedures, and forms) are included on each department’s page under Documents Library or click here (link to full documents library) to see all of the district’s documents.
