The Business Affairs Department is responsible for providing centralized administrative services supporting all aspects of school system activities to maximize the use of financial resources for improving student achievement. Our goal is to provide “World Class Customer Service”.
The Individual School Accounts office provides guidance and technical assistance to bookkeepers in each of the 36 schools. Each school has its own set of accounts which are audited annually by a certified public accountant firm
CMCSS is audited annually by the State Comptroller¹s Office and every six months by external ISO 9001 auditors.
