Application Steps for Substitute Teachers and Substitute Educational Assistants
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Clarksville-Montgomery County School System substitute teacher and substitute educational assistant. Please complete the CMCSS online application. In order for your application to be considered
complete and accepted, the following documents MUST be uploaded to your online application:
1. Verification of High School Graduation (High school or College transcripts or a copy of your GED). Please contact CMCSS Substitute Office with
any concerns regarding uploading transcripts to your application at email@example.com
2. In the “References” section of the application, please enter the names of Two (2) references. A current valid e-mail address MUST be provided.
This will allow the system to automatically send an electronic reference form to the reference’s e-mail. At least ONE (1) reference listed MUST be a current or past supervisor.
Your application will NOT be complete until all of the required documents are uploaded. You will receive an email confirmation when your application has been
completed and processed.
