NOTICE: A fee of $10 will be assessed for any On-Site Healthcare Patient who does not show for their respective appointments in our On-Site Healthcare clinics. This change has become necessary due to the increase in the number of patients who do not show up for their appointments, and do not call ahead to cancel. The practice of charging for No-Show appointments has become commonplace in the medical industry due to the impact that No-Shows have on the schedule. In our case, a No-Show prevents others in need of an appointment from being able to get that necessary appointment. Employees will be assessed the $10 fee through a payroll deduction if they do not show up for an appointment, or if a dependent in their family does not show up for an appointment.

LATE POLICY: On-Site Healthcare maintains a 7 minute late policy. Patients who are more than 7 minutes late for their scheduled appointment are automatically considered a walk in patient. We understand sometimes everyone runs late but as a consideration to other patients and their scheduled appointment we must implement the late policy. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before any scheduled appointment in order to take care of any necessary paperwork.

WALK-IN HOURS: On-Site Healthcare does accept walk-in’s at the main location in Veteran Plaza until 5 pm Monday thru Friday and on Saturday until 3:30 pm. All Satellite locations accept walk-in’s until 1:00 pm. Please keep in mind, walk-in patients are seen once the scheduled appointments are seen, if a cancelation occurs or as time permits. On-Site Healthcare strives to give quality and efficient service but cannot guarantee how long of a wait a walk-in will wait

Main Clinic location

Information:  This clinic is located in the west area of offices at the Veterans Plaza Building (near the Clarksville Montgomery County Public Library).  The signage on the building states  CMEIT OnSite Healthcare.  There are designated parking spaces for employees that are utilizing the clinic facilities.

Northeast location

Open on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00am - 6:00pm

Information:  This clinic is adjacent to the grounds of Northeast High School (3701 Trenton Road) and located in front of Northeast Middle School (3703 Trenton Road), near the baseball fields and tennis courts.  The clinic is housed in a gray-colored portable building and there are designated parking spaces for employees that are using the clinic facilities.

Operations Clinic location

Information:  This clinic is located on the premises of the CMCSS Operations Complex.  There are designated parking spaces in front of the clinic doors, for employees that are utilizing the clinic facilities.

Montgomery Central location

Information:  This clinic is housed in the old Cunningham Fire Department building.  This building is directly in front of Montgomery Central Middle School (3941 Highway 48, Cunningham TN 37052).  There are designated parking spaces for employees that are using the clinic facilities.

Northwest Vo-Tech location
