Anti-Sexual Harassment Statement

It is the policy of Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS or District) to maintain a learning and working environment that is free from sexual harassment. The District prohibits any and all forms of sexual harassment which is a form of sexual discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The District does not tolerate sexual harassment, including sexual violence. The District encourages students, faculty, staff and administrators to make a united effort to prevent sexual harassment and sexual violence in this District.

Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993

Requires covered employers to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons
