Guiding Questions for Submission of an "Idea"
Step #1
- Does your idea have the potential for district-wide benefit? If so, see Step #2 below.
- Are the potential benefits of your idea limited to a specific area, school building, or department? If so, please discuss your idea with your Building Administrator, department Director, or Manager.
Step #2
Considering the potential benefits of your idea, is the answer to any of the following questions "YES"? If so, submit your idea through the "Got An Idea? Campaign" (see Step #3 below)
- Will implementation of this idea SAVE CMCSS employees TIME?
- Will implementation of this idea SAVE the school system MONEY?
- Will implementation of this idea IMPROVE internal/external COMMUNICATIONS?
- Will implementation of this idea ENHANCE the district's SERVICE to customers?
