Ground was broken June 27 at the future home of Rossview Elementary School, which will open in August 2009.  Pictured from left are Elementary Schools Director Ann Griffin; School Board Member Morris Stevens; Schools Director Michael Harris; County Mayor Carolyn Bowers; School Board Member George Giles; County Commissioner Keith Politi; and Jim Coleman,  Project Manager for Robert Biscan Company, the general contractor for the construction.
