New School Board Member Ernest Brockman and veteran Board Member Eula Gardner Dowdy were sworn in to office Friday at the Montgomery County Courthouse by County Mayor Carolyn Bowers. Pictured from left are County Court Clerk Kelly Jackson, Mr. Brockman, Mrs. Dowdy and Mayor Bowers. Carol Ann Smithson was unable to be at the swearing in ceremony and will schedule her swearing in at a later date.
