The annual Interview a Veteran Essay contest is now underway for all CMCSS middle and high school students. The contest, hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Clarksville, is a part of the Memories of Service & Sacrifice Project. The project offers middle and high school students an opportunity to honor military veterans by listening to their stories and writing about their contributions. Prizes for the winning essays include patriotic awards, a U.S. Flag and gift cards.
