Cindy Adams has been named principal at Glenellen Elementary School. She will move from her post as assistant principal at Cumberland Heights beginning in January. She replaces Paula Ford, who was named principal of Rossview Elementary, which opens in August 2009.

Adams previously served as assistant principal at Glenellen.  She taught at Norman Smith Elementary and earned her master’s of education from Trevecca Nazarene University.  She received her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, Elementary Education from Austin Peay State University.

The assistant principal position at Cumberland Heights will be posted today.
