New Assistant Principal Named for Kenwood Elementary

CMCSS is pleased to announce that Tracy Hodges will serve as the new assistant principal at Kenwood Elementary School beginning the 2009-10 school year.

Hodges will be replacing Nancy Leutert who will be retiring at the end of the school year. Hodges, who currently serves as a middle school literacy coach in Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, began teaching in 1992 and taught at both the elementary and middle school levels. She also served as a literacy coach and middle school reading initiative coordinator. Hodges earned her B.S. from California State University, Fullerton and her masters in education leadership degree from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She earned a multiple subjects teaching credential from Whittier College in California in administration and supervision from Austin Peay State University.
