Rossview High School business teacher Ariane Biba Kavass has been named Career Technical Education Coordinator for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. Ms. Kavass replaces Frances Richardson, who retired from the school system this summer.
With a master of business education from Middle Tennessee State University, she graduated summa cum laude and also earned her secondary business education certification. She also has teaching experience from high schools in Nashville and she was on adjunct faculty at Nashville State Community College.
Ms. Kavass earned an associate of arts degree in electronics from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami.
Additionally, Ms. Kavass has experience in the corporate arena, having served in managerial roles in the financial industry. She also worked as a legislative assistant on federal and state health care issues with a national firm. She served in the U.S. Navy.
