Jump Start is a middle school orientation program made available to all incoming sixth grade students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. This program allows those students who will be entering the sixth grade this August to become familiar with the middle school they will be attending. During the orientations, students will have the opportunity to meet some of their teachers and school administrators, familiarize themselves with the layout of the school and transitioning from one class to another as well as practice how to use the combination locks for their lockers.

The schedules for each school are as follows:

Kenwood Middle
Two sessions will run each day July 27, 28 and 29  from  8 – noon  and from 1 – 5 p.m.

Montgomery Central Middle
Daily sessions will run July 27, 28 and 29 from 7:30-9:30 a.m., 10 a.m.-noon and 12:30-2:30 p.m.  
Students will be assigned their sessions.

New Providence Middle
Two different times will be available each day.
May 27 from  9 a.m. - noon and from 5 – 8 p.m.
May 28 from  9 a.m. – noon and from 1 – 4 p.m.
June 1 from  9 a.m. - noon and from 5 – 8 p.m.   

Northeast Middle
Jump start sessions will run May 27 and 28. Students will be asked to attend during one of the following time slots: 8 - 9 :15 a.m.; 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.; 11 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.;  1:30 – 2:45 p.m.; 4 – 5:15 p.m.  and 5:15- 6:30 p.m. for two consecutive days.  

Richview Middle
Sessions will run July 26, 27 and 28 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Students will be given a specific time frame to attend on one of those three days according to their last name.

Rossview Middle
Sessions will run July 27, 28 and 29.
Four sessions will be available on Tuesday, July 27 at 8 a.m., 11;30 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Two sessions will be available on Wednesday and Thursday at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

West Creek Middle
July 27
7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (last names beginning with A to C)
1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (last names beginning with D to G)

July 28
7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (last names beginning with H to L) &
1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (last names beginning with M to O)

July 29
7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (last names beginning with P to S) &
1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (last names beginning with T to Z)
