About Me

This is year number 22 to be a Clarksville High School Wildcat! I am happy to be a part of this school and its great traditions of excellence.... Teaching is in my blood, as I am the daughter of parents who accumulated more than fifty combined years of teaching on the high school and college levels. I have earned a bachelor's degree in English, a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, and an education specialist degree--all from Austin Peay State University. I have earned a doctorate in curriculum and instruction with a concentration in reading from Tennessee State University. I currently teach online courses for my Alma Mater, Austin Peay! Some of my favorite hobbies include the following: reading, going to plays, watching college, professional, and CHS sports, and spending time with family. I am looking forward to a great year with you!
