About Me

Hello! My name is Miranda Coots and I am the English II and AP Language teacher. I am very excited to be a part of the faculty at West Creek High School, and I look forward to a very successful semester. One of my deepest passions is learning, and I consider myself a life-long learner. I graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching, and I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. My goal is to inspire my students to become passionate learners and to help them unlock their own potential. There is no greater joy than watching students blossom through learning and education.

Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! Here is a list of supplies that every student needs to be successful in my class.

3-ring binder

Spiral notebook

College-ruled paper

Pencils and pens

Sticky Notes (AP Language)

I am very excited for what this year has to offer!
