About Me

I am excited to be part of the faculty at West Creek Middle School, teaching reading and writing strategies. I taught Language Arts, Reading and Social Studies for 9 1/2 years in Kentucky. This is my ninth year at West Creek Middle School and I love being a Coyote! I am a graduate of Austin Peay State University, and I received my Masters and Rank I in School Administration, as well as my Masters in School Counseling from Murray State University. I enjoy teaching Reading and Language Arts because it encompasses reading, writing, speaking, listening and observing, which are all important skills for success in daily life. Please feel free to contact me at the school if you have any questions or need any information.
