Two CMCSS elementary principal appointments were announced Tuesday afternoon. Jessica Harris has been appointed principal at Minglewood Elementary School; and, Nabraunda Jackson has been named principal at Byrns Darden Elementary School.



Assistant Principal for Burt and Oakland Selected

Buddi Sueriro-Dean has been chosen to fill the assistant principal position shared between Burt and Oakland Elementary Schools. Parents, as flu season approaches, please consider having your child vaccinated. Over 1,485 American children have died from seasonal flu (or influenza) in the past decade, and 50 of those children were from Tennessee.  Countless other children became seriously ill with this virus. The flu vaccine offers the best available protection from the risk of flu death.
