Remote Learning

Remote learning is part of the CMCSS Continuum of Learning. CMCSS has a plan for individual classrooms, a school, or the entire district to have students learning remotely if needed at any time. As the conditions surrounding the pandemic change, the district will be prepared to continue to provide high-quality education to all students, no matter the circumstances.

Questions specific to your student’s classwork or attendance should be directed to their teacher or enrolled school.

Having trouble with your student’s laptop? CMCSS is providing live technical support and access to technology work orders. 

Tech Support Hotline – 931-920-7779

The technology team is available during school hours, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Calls and emails are returned in the order in which they’re received.

Learning Mentor Information

While students are engaged in remote learning, parents and guardians may benefit from additional information regarding the learning platforms used by CMCSS. 

While Learning Mentors are generally more active in the CMCSS K-12 Virtual model, parents and guardians may still be interested in the resources available to Learning Mentors through the Learning Mentor training. These resources are best used to engage parents in remote learning when needed.
