Teacher Appreciation Week | May 6-10 🍎❤️

We are kicking off Teacher Appreciation Week with a 2024 Teacher of Honor! Teacher of Honor is an annual celebration of high school teachers who are selected by their student body. Teachers are nominated for the positive impact, kindness, and genuine love for learning they share with students. They participate in a celebration event during Student Advisory at the end of April.

CLARKSVILLE HIGH TEACHER OF HONOR | EMILY BRYANT

Emily Bryant teaches Honors Biology and AP Biology at Clarksville High School. When Ms. Bryant learned she was selected, she said, "It actually feels really, really good inside because to put your heart and soul into your profession every single day, and then to be validated and to know that your hard work that you put in is being recognized by the very people you’re serving each and every day, the students, it actually means more than any other award that I could get."

What a perfect sentiment as we move into a week celebrating our hard-working teachers! Thank you, Ms. Bryant, for making a defining difference!
