During Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences, CMCSS families are invited to visit the Special Populations information table to meet district specialists, ask questions, and learn more about the services and supports available to students.

Representatives will include school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other Special Populations professionals. Whether you have questions about your child`s learning, development, or educational services, we encourage you to stop by, connect with our team, and explore the resources available to support your child`s success.

The CMCSS Human Resources Department holds monthly informational meetings regarding alternative pathways to teaching. On the second Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m., interested applicants can speak with the CMCSS team about how to use their nationally or regionally accredited bachelor’s degree to become a certified teacher.

CMCSS Elementary Schools will host Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences THIS THURSDAY, September 10. You do not need to attend both days. These conferences are a great way to connect with your child`s teacher and collaborate on ways to support learning at home and in the classroom.

➡ All elementary schools will have representatives from the Special Populations Department on-site to answer questions, provide resources, and connect families with opportunities for their child. No appointment is necessary to meet with the Special Pops team.
