Since 2018, CMCSS has been actively pursuing a non-traditional approach to earn a degree or certification. If you have a desire to teach, speak with the Teacher Residency Pipeline facilitators to see if this program is right for you.

Three-Year Teacher Induction
The CMCSS Professional Learning team is focused on educator success. We know strong support makes a profound difference for teachers new to the district. The induction program is collaborative and rooted in relationship building, including pairing you with a mentor and video coaching opportunities.
Paid Training and Development
A district cannot succeed without attention paid to all staff positions. CMCSS actively looks for ways to engage and invest in our classified positions and our certified staff. The district offers paid CDL training for our bus drivers and opportunities to advance within the department. Our school-based team has access to training and leadership programs to gain certifications and further their careers.
