These annual interest meetings explain the pathway to gaining your teaching certification with no out-of-pocket costs. Two separate meetings cover two different teacher residency pathways. Whether you are looking to earn your bachelor`s degree or you want to further your post-secondary education and earn a master`s, there is a pathway for you. Learn more at cmcss.net/trp.

📆: Nov. 12: Job-Embedded Info Sessions
Join our monthly informational meetings to learn about alternative pathways to teaching. On the second Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m., interested applicants can speak with the CMCSS HR team about how to use their nationally or regionally accredited bachelor’s degree to become a certified teacher. Sessions are held at Central Services Gracey (621 Gracey Ave).

📆: November 16: Registration Opens for December Dyslexia Screenings
If you are interested in learning more about the district`s free dyslexia screenings, visit cmcss.net/dyslexia for helpful resources, registration links, and more.

📆: November 19: CMCSS is hosting a session for families on suicide prevention warning signs, non-suicidal self-injury, and how to talk to your child about these topics. Held at Northeast High, 6:00 p.m. The event is free to attend.
