Monthly Job-Embedded Info Sessions

Join our information sessions to learn more about alternative pathways to teaching. Offered the second Thursday of every month at 4:00 p.m. at Central Services Gracey (621 Gracey Ave.)

If you are interested in becoming an educator but do not hold a teaching certification, CMCSS can help. Turn your passion into purpose by obtaining a job-embedded license. Anyone with a bachelor’s degree from a national or regionally accredited institution is eligible.

Ask about our Job-Embedded Tuition Reimbursement (up to $3,000 available.)

Special education is the area of greatest need, and principals are actively hiring to fill all vacancies.

Do you have a bachelor’s degree but no teaching certification and are interested in becoming a teacher? Learn more about Job Embedded Licensure and other opportunities here.

Questions? Contact Sabrina Wasan at [email protected] to learn how you can obtain job-embedded licensure and educator preparation through CMCSS’ partnerships with programs like iTeach Tennessee.

Special Education

Ask about the $6,000 differentiated pay for Special Education educators and $1,000 for math, science, and English Language Learners (ELL) certified teaching positions.

For a limited time, certain Special Education certified teaching positions may be eligible to receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. To be eligible, applicants should not have worked as a certified teacher for CMCSS in the past 12 months.

Interested in relocating to Clarksville-Montgomery County? We offer a $2,000 relocation bonus for hard-to-fill positions, including special education, English language learners (ELL), and high school math and English. This applies only to applicants moving to Clarksville from over 100 miles away.
