Employee Benefits

The summaries included in the pages to the left are intended to provide you with a brief explanation of our employee benefit plans. Should there be any discrepancy between these summaries and the provisions of our insurance contracts, the provisions of the insurance contracts will apply.

The open enrollment period for the medical, dental, and vision is July 15th through August 15th of each year. You can enroll in these plans outside of the open enrollment period if you have had a qualifying event (loss of other coverage, new dependent, marriage, etc.) Please call the Benefits Office if you have questions regarding a qualifying event.

New Deductible rate for January 1, 2027:

 Preferred Plan
In-Network Deductible: $600 for individual, $1,200 for 2pty, $1,375 for family
In Network-Out of Pocket: $2,700 for individual, $6,000 for 2pty & family

Standard Plan
In-Network Deductible: $2,000 for individual, $4,000 for 2pty, $5,000 for family
In Network-Out of Pocket: $5,250 for individual, $10,500 for 2pty & family
