Point of Pride Awards – September 2026

Students, faculty, and staff were presented with Point of Pride awards by the CMCSS School Board at the formal school board meeting in September.

Alliance for a Healthier Generation – Healthiest Schools in America Winners

Barkers Mill Elementary was awarded the Supporting School Health Services, Strengthening Social-Emotional Health and Learning, and Cultivating Staff Wellness awards.

Liberty Elementary was awarded the Supporting School Health Services, Implementing Local School Health & Wellness Policy, and Cultivating Staff Well-Being.

Rossview High School was awarded the Cultivating Staff Well-Being.

Legion of Valor Bronze Cross for Achievement

Cadet Shelby Epps from Montgomery Central High School won the SY 2025-2026 Legion of Valor Bronze Cross Award for Achievement.

National Junior Classical League 2026 Competition

The team from Clarksville High School placed in several categories, including:

Zoey Malotte (Latin 1), 6th Place in Latin Literature Test

August Daniels (Latin 2), 1st Place in Impromptu Art Grade 11 and 2nd Place in Traditional Scrapbook Small

Harlynn Fox (Latin 2), 3rd Place in Impromptu Art Grade 10, 5th Place in Acrylic/Oil Grade 10, and 5th Place in Colored Pencil Grade 10.

Michell Mah (Latin 2), 1st Place in Greek Derivatives Test.

Evan Rush (Latin 2), 4th Place in Latin Grammar Test and 6th Place in Intermediate Certamen (Quiz Bowl).

Cherish Howard (Latin 3), 6th Place in Latin Literature Test and 6th Place in Advanced Certamen (Quiz Bowl).
