New Administrative Appointments Announced

The following administrative appointments have been announced:

– Jaime Dye Holder, theatre arts teacher at NWHS, has been selected as the assistant principal at Kenwood Middle School.

– Linda Medina-Griffy, assistant principal at Montgomery Central Elementary, will become the assistant principal at Minglewood Elementary School.

Holder has served as an English and drama teacher since beginning her career 10 years ago in Arkansas. She has been at Northwest High since 2007. She graduated from Transylvania University, which included a study abroad experience at Cambridge University in England.

Medina-Griffy has about 20 years of teaching and administrative experience, currently as the assistant principal at Montgomery Central Elementary. She has worked at MCES since 2007.  She also has served as interim principal and as principal in her public education experience; and, she has worked for a Department of Defense school.

She graduated from Austin Peay State University with a master’s in leadership studies and a bachelor’s in math and science.
