P-EBT Card Information: Round 3

The third round of P-EBT benefits will be soon be sent directly to students’ homes. Here are simple steps you can take to make sure the TN Department of Human Services has accurate information.
If you have not already, create an account on the state’s website: https://tdhs.service-now.com/relief.
Through the P-EBT Parent Portal, please check to make sure every child is listed that should be receiving benefits and make sure the address is correct.
If a child is missing or the address is no longer correct, please make those changes on the Parent Portal.
Remember, to qualify for P-EBT benefits, the child must qualify for free or reduced-price school meals under the National School Lunch Program. This includes any student in a school that provided free meals to all students (under a special rule called “Community Eligibility Provision”).
The same card will be reloaded each month with food benefits. Changes to your account must be made by March 14.
