CMCSS Transition Service Fair Held March 27, 2025

CMCSS students and their families are invited to the Transition Service Fair on March 27, 2025, at Central Services South (1312 Highway 48.) Transition Service Fairs connect students and their families to resources and support that help them reach their post-secondary employment, education, community, and independent living goals.

Research shows that when educators, families, students, and organizations work together, postsecondary outcomes improve for students with disabilities.

Students and families can come at any time between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to meet with representatives from various community organizations to explore available services. Representatives from Vocational Rehabilitation, Pre-Employment Transition Services, Legal Aide, Austin Peay Disability Services, Disability Rights, TCAT, ECF/Choices, WorkAble Tn, DIDD and more will be in attendance.
