2026 CMCSS Summer Camps

The Academies of CMCSS and CMCSS Career & Technical Education programs of study are once again offering summer camps for children interested in specific content areas. Elementary and middle school students can explore unique learning opportunities through games and hands-on activities. Camps are held at different locations in Clarksville-Montgomery County. Please reach out directly to the individual camp’s point of contact for more information.
Agriculture Camp
AT MONTGOMERY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL
Students will be exposed to multiple aspects of the agriculture industry, including animal science, plant science, and natural resources, via classroom activities, the school farm, and the greenhouse. Camp participants will also work with current academy students to develop leadership and team-building skills.

Agriculture Camp
AT NORTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL
Come spend time with NWHS FFA for a fun-filled adventure in agriculture. Each day will include lessons on different aspects of agriculture, games, and a snack. Space is limited to the first 20 campers to register.

Aviation Summer Camp
AT WEST CREEK HIGH SCHOOL & CLARKSVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT
The Aviation Summer Camp, hosted by Rossview High School and West Creek High School, offers students an exciting introduction to the world of aviation and aerospace at the Clarksville Regional Airport and West Creek High School. Campers will explore aviation through guest speakers from the industry, a guided airport tour, hands-on hot air balloon construction and launch, and interactive drone instruction and competitions. Students will also experience flight simulators and practice basic flight skills. This engaging, hands-on camp is designed to inspire curiosity, teamwork, and interest in future aviation careers.

CREATE Camp
AT ROSSVIEW HIGH SCHOOL
Create Camp is a 3-day summer program at Rossview High School (May 26–28, 2026) for incoming 6th–9th graders who are interested in graphic design and digital art. Hosted by the Academy of Media Arts and Technology, students will learn the basics of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop while exploring typography, photo editing, and creative design. By the end of camp, participants will create their own custom poster to take home—building real design skills while experiencing what it’s like to be a “Junior Designer.”

Cyber Defender Summer Camp
AT KIRKWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
Get ready to level up your digital skills! Our summer camp for students ages 11–15 uses Minecraft Education’s Cyber Defender curriculum — Cyber Safe and Cyber Fundamentals — to teach real-world cybersecurity concepts through immersive, game-based learning. Campers will explore online safety, password security, privacy, digital citizenship, and the fundamentals of how networks and systems work — all inside the world of Minecraft. No prior experience required. Come ready to learn, collaborate, and have fun!

Cyber Defense Bootcamp
AT ROSSVIEW HIGH SCHOOL
Step inside a real Cyber Range built by Rossview High School to train the next generation of Cyber Sentinels. Students won’t just learn about cybersecurity. They’ll operate inside it.
Over three intensive sessions, campers will learn how cyber attackers think — and how defenders respond — using professional tools inside a controlled, instructor-led environment.

Camp Engineer
AT KENWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
Camp Engineer will include hands on activities for young students to explore and test concepts fundamental to engineering. Each day will consist of a series of activities designed to engage students and spark curiosity about concepts that they will learn about as they advance their academic careers. Concepts that will be tested and explored may include structural integrity, force, buoyancy, design and sketching, and aerodynamics.

Camp Junior Executive
AT KIRKWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
Junior Executives will engage in hands-on supply chain activities, leadership challenges, and teambuilding activities. This immersive experience will develop practical skills, foster teamwork, and introduce students to the workings of supply chain management and the business field, providing a valuable learning opportunity in a short time frame.
Did we mention fun? This isn’t an office-based or behind-the-desk experience. With interactive games, simulations, and a planned water day to wrap up camp, we can’t wait to welcome the best and brightest to Kirkwood’s campus to be the future of Supply Chain Management!

Robotics and Technology Camp
AT NORTHEAST HIGH SCHOOL
Robotics and Technology Campers participate in a technology and engineering team-building experience aligned with current industry standards. Campers will build and code robots with our award-winning robotics students under the supervision of two coding and engineering teachers. Students will compete in a friendly robotics competition with the robots that they built during camp. Robotics and Technology Camp gives students an early, hands-on experience that helps boost their interest in the engineering industry. Join us and experience the fun of Robotics and Technology!
