In the first episode, we welcome Robin Burton, Executive Director of the CMC Education Foundation. The Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation is pleased to announce Google as the presenting sponsor of the CMC Education Foundation’s Teacher Warehouse and the 2026 Academic Awards Banquet.

The Teacher Warehouse, a free supply store that helps ensure teachers have access to classroom essentials throughout the school year, saves Clarksville Montgomery County School System teachers more than $95,000 each year in out-of-pocket classroom expenses. Google’s sponsorship will help keep the warehouse shelves stocked and allow the Foundation to continue supporting teachers with the items they need the most.

Google is also the presenting sponsor of the Foundation’s 38th Annual Academic Awards Banquet. This annual event honors CMCSS seniors who have maintained a 93 grade point average throughout their high school careers, with no grade lower than 85. In March 2027, Google representatives will attend the event to welcome and congratulate 300 seniors and their parents.

“The CMC Education Foundation is incredibly grateful for Google’s ongoing support and its commitment to CMCSS teachers and students,” said Robin Burton, CMC Education Foundation Executive Director. “Their investment helps us provide meaningful support to educators while also celebrating the academic achievements of our students.”

“Since establishing data center operations in Montgomery County, Google has prioritized investing in the future of the local community,” said Drake Mayo, Community and Workforce Development Manager, Google. “Supporting the CMC Education Foundation ensures teachers receive critical supplies to foster vibrant learning environments and allows Google to recognize outstanding academic excellence across the school system.”
