Retiree Flu Vaccine Clinics

Hello, You are receiving this message because you are a retiree of Clarksville-Montgomery County School System or Montgomery County Government and you are enrolled in the retiree medical insurance plan.  You are eligible to receive a FREE seasonal flu vaccination.  If you have dependents covered under your plan, the flu vaccine will be available to them as well. Beach Civic Hall 350 Pageant Ln Suite 201, Clarksville, TN 37040 Retirees may not receive the seasonal flu vaccine at the school locations.
